Public service disclosure
Clear boundaries for proposed payment-integration services.
This disclosure explains what this public site represents and what remains subject to applicable agreements, provider approval, and legal/compliance confirmation.
Current public-site scope
FenFen Pay Nepal presents merchant technology and payment-integration coordination for approved business customers in Nepal. This public website is informational. It does not accept payments, host consumer checkout, issue payment credentials, or make a live payment method available to the public.
Business role
The legal and operational role of the entity in the payment ecosystem must be confirmed by the authorized business and legal/compliance owner before external submission. Do not publish terms such as “payment service provider,” “payment facilitator,” “agent,” “aggregator,” “licensed entity,” or “regulated partner” unless those terms are accurate, approved, and legally permitted.
Eligibility and onboarding
Any merchant relationship is subject to applicable business, due-diligence, compliance, technical, and provider requirements. Submission of an inquiry or review request does not establish a merchant relationship, payment capability, credit facility, or entitlement to a payment-provider service.
Payment availability
Payment methods, transaction limits, currencies, fees, settlement arrangements, refunds, dispute handling, and production availability are not published on this site. If and when applicable, they will be communicated under the relevant approved merchant and provider agreements.
Prohibited reliance
Visitors must not rely on this site as proof of provider affiliation, technical certification, regulatory authorization, live payment acceptance, merchant approval, or a commitment to provide a payment service. Provider access and production use require the approvals described on the Integration Review page.
Updates
This disclosure will be updated when verified business facts, approved service scope, or provider authorization status changes. The current published version should be reviewed and approved before it is used in any bank or payment-network submission.
