Terms of use
These draft terms govern use of this informational public website only. They are not a merchant agreement, payment-provider agreement, or customer payment contract.
Informational purpose
This website provides general information about FenFen Pay Nepal’s proposed merchant technology and payment-integration coordination services. It does not make a public offer of payment services, enable a transaction, or create a merchant, provider, customer, or contractual relationship.
No live payment acceptance
Visitors must not use this website to attempt a payment or assume that any payment method, payment provider, QR code, API, settlement arrangement, or other payment capability is available. Production payment acceptance, if ever enabled, is subject to the applicable agreements, provider documentation, required approvals, and published terms.
Provider and approval status
References to a potential payment provider are factual statements about a proposed review process only. They do not imply partnership, endorsement, certification, authorization, sponsorship, or availability. Provider approval may be changed, limited, withheld, or withdrawn in accordance with the applicable process and agreement.
